Homemade aromatherapy like face-packs, facial masks, and scrubs are based on herbs and natural ingredients. They help in providing natural oil and moisture to the skin.

Aromatherapy Bath Salts

Requirement:

Glass Spice Jar
food coloring
30 drops of sweet almond oil or 2 Tbls vegetable oil
10-14 drops of pure essential oils: either lemon, sweet orange or grapefruit.
Baking soda or baking soda with sea salts. Tie a matching ribbon on the jar.

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl add all ingredients and blend until color is consistent. Add to spice jar and don't forget the ribbon. Try using 2 mixing bowls with different colors for an artistic flair, especially for gifts. Enjoy!

Aromatherapy Body Spritzer/Perfume

Requirement:

Spray bottle
distilled water
1Tbls sweet almond oil or vegetable oil
pure essential oils: either lemon, sweet orange, grapefruit or lavender for a sleepy bedtime spritzer.

Instructions:

Add water, and oils in spray bottle. Shake well and spray. Enjoy!
