Cholesterol in Alcoholic beverage, Apples, Appricot, Asparagus

|  Home  |

The cholesterol content of cakes is high. They also have high fat content, that is equally bad for your health. Most of the cakes contain trans-fatty acids (hydrogenated fats), which is even worse than the cholesterol and is also responsible for high cholesterol and high triglyceride levels.

The cholesterol in candies is significant. Also they contain too much sugars, not good for your health. To lower cholesterol and triglycerides naturally without any medication, eat low cholestero and cholesterol lowering foods.
