Recipe type: Low fat, cholesterol free Preparation time: 10 minute Ingredients: Sprouted Mung, 2 cup Onion finely chopped, 1 cup Cucumber, chopped, 1 cup Tomato, chopped, 1 cup Lettuce leaves chopped, 1 cup Peanuts, roasted 1 Tbsp {Optiuonal) Lime/lemon juice, 1 tsp Mint or coriander leaves, chopped 1 Tbsp Salt to taste Preparation Mix all the ingredients except for coriander in a salad bowl. Garnish with coriander leaves.
