Uses of Spices & Herbs : Which spice should be used?

You can use different spices in dofferent dishes. Following are the recommendations. You can experiment with spcies and herbs according to your taste. Some spices are mild and some are very stron.

Which Spice to Use?

Beans: avocado leaves, cumin, cayenne, chili, epazote, mexican oregano, oregano, parsley, pepper, sage, savory, thyme

Breads: Anise, basil, cardamom, cinnamon, coriander, cumin, dill, garlic, lemon peel, orange peel, poppy seeds, saffron, thyme
